Customer Support Assistant

Job Description
Customer Support Assistant is responsible for executing the directives received from the Customer Support Manager in compliance with company procedures and policies.

He/she ensures regularity, quality, accuracy and punctuality in the execution of assigned administrative and customer support tasks.
He/she is empowered to take full responsibility in the day-to-day performance of the activities under his/her responsibility as well as to make immediate decisions in order to handle the situation appropriately when the circumstance so requires.

In the performance of his or her duties, he or she is empowered to constantly improve administrative and organisational processes in order to optimise customer loyalty with Karen SA, so as to establish and maintain long-lasting relations.

Main activities and responsibilities

  • First point of contact with customers and suppliers
  • Receiving and handling incoming requests both by telephone and e-mail
  • Sending and handling outgoing requests both by telephone and e-mail
  • Dedicated consultancy, preferably in the language of the customer and supplier within the limits of the assigned activities
  • Coordinating activities with all company departments involved in the processing of customer/supplier requests
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely resolution of customer requests
  • Constantly and punctually updating the diary with regard to all customers/suppliers
  • Managing departmental correspondence, filing of documents in paper and electronic format
  • Organising travel for staff, technicians, pilots, etc.

Educational training

  • Completed administrative/commercial training
  • Excellent language level: Italian, English (B2)
  • Knowledge of German and French is an advantage
